Corporate Workshops

Less Clutter. Less Mental Load. More Room for Life.

Practical, engaging workshops that help busy people feel more organised at home, clearer at work and a little less as though they are carrying their entire lives around in their heads.

Because sometimes the problem isn’t time management.

It’s the school email you haven’t answered. The paperwork covering the kitchen table. The overflowing wardrobe. The appointment you must remember to book. And the 47 browser tabs open in your brain while you’re trying to concentrate in a meeting.

Bancrofts Organising workshops give employees practical, realistic ways to reduce that mental noise and create systems that support the life they actually live.

No perfection. And definitely no judgement.

Just useful ideas people can start using immediately.

Why Home Organisation Belongs in the Wellbeing Conversation

We don’t leave our lives at the door when we start work.

When home feels chaotic, paperwork is mounting and life administration is living permanently in our heads, it can affect how focused, calm and in control we feel.

Organisation won’t make life perfectly predictable — and I wouldn’t trust anyone who promised that it would. But the right systems can remove unnecessary decisions, make everyday tasks easier and create more breathing space.

My workshops help employees:

About Jacqueline

I’m Jacqueline McLeod, founder of Her.Life.Edit, a professional organiser and a decluttering expert featured on ITV’s How to Clean Up for Cash.

Before turning my love of organisation into a business, I spent more than 15 years leading internal communications, culture and transformation programmes for major global organisations.

So I understand corporate life from the inside.

I know what it feels like to lead at a senior level, manage competing priorities, look after a family and still wonder why no one else appears to know where the spare batteries live.

My workshops combine professional organising expertise with genuine understanding of busy working lives. They are warm, honest, practical and designed to make people feel supported — not told off.

I don’t believe that being organised means having a perfect home.

I believe it means creating enough order to make room for more joy, ease and life.

Signature Workshops

Clear Space, Clearer Head

A practical introduction to reducing clutter and mental load.

This workshop explores the relationship between our physical spaces, unfinished tasks and the constant feeling that there is something else we should be doing.

Perfect for: employee wellbeing programmes, company-wide events, working-parent networks and mental-health initiatives.

Participants will learn:

The Life-Admin Reset

Because remembering everything is not a system — and a crisis is not the time to discover where your important information lives.

This workshop helps employees take control of the paperwork, appointments, emails, renewals and household responsibilities constantly competing for their attention.

It is also grounded in my own lived experience.

After experiencing a devastating house fire, my family and I were forced into an immediate declutter, displacement and complete reset of our lives. Suddenly, insurance policies, receipts, photographs, inventories, financial information and important documents were not just pieces of life admin — they were essential.

Being organised did not make the experience easy, but it gave me a stronger foundation from which to manage an extraordinarily difficult situation. It showed me, very clearly, that life administration is not simply about having a tidy filing cabinet. It is about protecting yourself, reducing confusion and being able to find what matters when life changes without warning.

I use that experience to help people organise the important details of their lives before they urgently need them — without creating fear, complicated systems or another overwhelming project.

Participants will learn:

Participants leave with a practical framework for creating their own Life Admin Hub — a simple, central system for the information, documents and responsibilities that keep life moving.

Perfect for: busy professionals, working parents, carers, employee wellbeing programmes and anyone who feels like the unpaid operations director of their household.

The Organised Woman

How to create more ease without trying to become a completely different person.

This warm and honest workshop explores what organisation can look like for women managing careers, homes, families, relationships and major life transitions.

Perfect for: women’s networks, leadership communities, International Women’s Day programmes and employee wellbeing events.

Participants will learn:

Organised Differently

ADHD-friendly ideas for creating systems that are visible, simple and forgiving.

Traditional organising advice can fail when it relies on perfect memory, consistent motivation or putting everything somewhere it can no longer be seen.

This workshop explores flexible, ADHD-friendly organising principles that can help people create environments and routines that work more naturally for them.

Participants will learn:

This is a practical organising workshop, not clinical advice or an ADHD diagnostic session.

Perfect for: neurodiversity networks, inclusion programmes, working-parent communities and employee wellbeing events.

The Midlife Edit

Making room for who you are now.

Midlife can bring changes in energy, concentration, identity, family life and priorities. Yet many women are still trying to manage homes, wardrobes and routines designed for a previous version of their lives.

This workshop offers a positive, practical opportunity to pause, reassess and create more space for what matters now.

Perfect for: menopause networks, women’s groups, midlife wellbeing programmes and inclusion initiatives.

Participants will explore:

Start Small, Fast, Imperfectly

An energising workshop for anyone who knows what needs to change but cannot seem to begin.

Participants will learn:

Perfect for: wellbeing weeks, productivity programmes, team development and company-wide learning events.

Let’s Create a Workshop People Will Actually Use

If you are looking for another presentation telling already-busy people to wake up earlier and write a better to-do list, I may not be the speaker for you.

But if you want a warm, credible and practical session that makes people feel seen and gives them ideas they can genuinely use, I would love to hear from you.

Tell me about your organisation, your audience and what you would like employees to take away. I’ll recommend the workshop and format that will create the most value.
